Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers consisting of 2 males and 2 females (total n = 4) who meet all of the following criteria: 1. Healthy male or female volunteers aged 20-35 years. 2. In good general health. 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) within the normal range. 4. Able to undergo MRI examination and maintain the required scanning position without claustrophobia. 5. Able and willing to attend all scheduled study procedures and MRI examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study: 1. Severe underlying disease or chronic neurological or neuromuscular disorders. 2. Cardiovascular or respiratory abnormalities. 3. Tattoos on the lower extremities or MRI examination area. 4. Pregnancy. 5. History of surgery or trauma affecting the lower extremities. 6. Electronic implants contraindicated for MRI, such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, or implanted prosthetic devices. 7. Metallic foreign bodies or metallic implants that are unsafe for MRI examination. 8. Unwillingness to expose the lower extremities for massage-point identification and MRI marker placement.
