20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with post-stroke hemiparesis who were diagnosed with cerebral ischemia and were scheduled to receive rehabilitation 2) Aged 20-60 years old, clear consciousness (Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) >= 20 points) 3) 3-6 months post-stroke 4) The Modified Ashworth spasticity assessment of the upper limb major muscle tension will be less than grade 3 5) Brunnstrom assessment of the affected upper limb and hand will be in stage II-V. 6) No impairment in proprioceptive sense

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of peripheral nerve injuries or musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, muscle or tendon injuries, or fractures in the affected upper limb 2) Severe unilateral neglect on the affected side 3) Visual impairments, including visual field deficits 4) Individuals with a clinical diagnosis of depression
