18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-65 years old 2. Pathologically confirmed differentiated thyroid cancer 3. Planned for RAI therapy 4. Able to provide informed consent 5. Able to be contacted for follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous major salivary gland surgery 2. Known chronic sialadenitis, prior sialadenitis or Sjogren's syndrome 3. History of medication use or procedures that may interfere with salivary gland function 4. Prior head and neck radiotherapy 5. Incomplete baseline data
