Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants are male or female older adults aged 60 years and above who reside within the study area and are not institutionalized, such as living in nursing homes, residential care facilities, or social welfare institutions. Older adults who do not have depression as assessed by the 2 Question Depression Screening Test (2Q) and respond No to both questions. Older adults who do not have cognitive impairment as assessed by the Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) with a score greater than 23 points. Able to understand and communicate in Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who refuse to participate or withdraw from the study during the research process. Participants who develop an acute illness or medical condition that prevents them from providing information during data collection. Participants who relocate outside the study area or cannot be contacted for scheduled follow-up assessments. Participants with communication difficulties, including severe hearing impairment or speech problems that interfere with data collection. Participants with psychiatric disorders or severe mental health conditions that may affect participation in the study.
