This group includes 4 sessions each session using 60 to 90 minutes by using face to face once a week and the application. ,Standard of care

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and older 2. Formally diagnosed with depression 3. No ther comorvid psychiatric disorders or psychotic symptoms 4. Able to participate in group therapy sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not paticipate in the group therapy two times and up 2. Sever symptoms of depression 3. Taking some antipsychiatric drugs
