Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthcare personnel group: Participants in the healthcare personnel group will include physicians and nurses who are involved in the care of patients undergoing endoscopic lumbar spine surgery Eligible participants are: 1. Orthopedic physicians rotating in the Orthopedic Spine Unit and involved in the care of patients undergoing endoscopic lumbar spine surgery 2. Anesthesiologists involved in the care of patients undergoing endoscopic lumbar spine surgery 3. Nurse anesthetists involved in the care of patients undergoing endoscopic lumbar spine surgery 4. Registered nurses working in the Orthopedic Outpatient Department and orthopedic inpatient wards Individuals who are willing to participate in the study. Patient group: Participants in the patient group will include patients undergoing endoscopic lumbar spine surgery at the Orthopedic Department. Eligible participants are: 1. Patients who undergo endoscopic lumbar spine surgery 2. Patients who are able to communicate in Thai, understand the study information, and provide information by themselves; 3. For older adults aged over 60 years, patients must pass cognitive screening using the 5-item Mini-Cog assessment and have normal cognitive function, defined as a score greater than 3; 4. Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthcare personnel group: Participants who request to withdraw from the study. 2. Patient group: Patients who develop a critical condition requiring special or intensive care.
