Patients who were diagnosed with biopsy-proven Idiopathic orbital inflammatory disease or IgG4-related ophthalmic disease at Songklanagarind Hospital.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 18-year-old voluntary individuals 2. Patient with IOI or IgG4-ROD in the outpatient department of Songklanagarind Hospital 3. Being able to communicate and understand the questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient who was diagnosed with anxiety or depression before the diagnosis of non- infectious orbital inflammatory disease
