Eligibility

Age
40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed T2DM without complications 2. Controlled blood glucose with one or two oral antidiabetic agents 3. HbA1c 6.5-8% 4. Non-smoker 5. No alcohol consumption within the past six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to study ingredients 2. Insulin therapy 3. Use of medications influencing plasma glucose beyond standard therapy such as corticosteroid drugs 4. History of severe hypoglycaemia or ketoacidosis within the past three months 5. Gastrointestinal disorders, major illness, or surgery within the past two weeks
