Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were eligible for inclusion if they met all of the following criteria: 1. Healthy male volunteers. 2.Students or individuals affiliated with Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. 3. Willing and able to provide written informed consent. 4. No history of diabetes mellitus, neuropathy, cardiac arrhythmia, or other cardiovascular diseases. 5. Not receiving any medication or treatment known to affect cardiac autonomic function. 6. Able to abstain from alcohol and caffeine consumption for at least 24 hours before the experimental session.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they met any of the following criteria: 1. History of diabetes mellitus. 2. History of peripheral or autonomic neuropathy. 3. Presence of cardiac arrhythmias or other cardiovascular diseases. 4. Current use of medications or treatments known to affect cardiac autonomic function or heart rate variability. 5. Consumption of alcohol or caffeine within 24 hours prior to the experimental session. 6. Inability or unwillingness to comply with study procedures. 7. Incomplete study participation or poor-quality ECG recordings unsuitable for HRV analysis.
