30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai participants aged 30 to 65 years 2. Newly diagnosed with Periodontitis Stage III or Stage IV (EFP/AAP Classification 2018) 3. No prior periodontal treatment (scaling and root planing) for at least 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of antibiotic use within 12 weeks prior to enrollment 2 Regular use of postbiotic- or probiotic-containing toothpaste before enrollment 3 Known allergy to any ingredient in the test toothpaste 4 Risk of adverse reactions to postbiotics (e.g., prior allergy to postbiotic/probiotic products) 5 Pregnant patients 6 Patients with Diabetes Mellitus 7 Current smokers
