Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Registered nurses holding a valid professional nursing and midwifery license from the Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council, 2. Currently working in a community hospital in Chanthaburi Province during the data collection period, 3. Working in the current unit for at least 6 months, 4. Having experience with or awareness of 8 hour or 12 hour shift scheduling in their unit, 5. Willing to participate and able to complete the questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who are on probation or have worked in their current unit for less than 6 months, 2. Nurses working only in high level administrative positions and not directly under a shift schedule, 3. Nurses working only regular morning duty without additional evening or night shift work
