Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older. 2. At risk of falls, as determined by a Timed Up and Go Test (TUG) score greater than 13.5 seconds. 3. Able to walk independently without the use of assistive devices. 4. Able to understand instructions and cooperate with the training and assessment procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of neurological disorders affecting gait and balance control. 2. Cognitive impairment or dementia, assessed using the Mental State Examination T10. 3. Severe pain or musculoskeletal disorders that affect walking ability or participation in exercise. 4. Uncorrected visual or hearing impairments that may compromise safety during training or assessment. 5. Medical contraindications to exercise, as determined by a physical therapist or the attending physician.
