Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years at the time of recruitment. 2. Receiving care at Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen University (OPD or inpatient). 3. Child possesses a vaccination record booklet that is available for review. 4. Parent or legal guardian provides written informed consent to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Vaccine booklet is illegible (handwriting cannot be read), 2. date of vaccine administration cannot be determined from the record.
