Interventions

280 participants, including: (1) 27 personnel from the Chanthaburi Provincial Public Health Office

(2) 139 personnel from hospitals and 39 personnel from District Public Health Offices

and (3) 75 personnel from the Provincial Administrative Organization. Participants were selected using simple random sampling

Inclusion criteria: 1) Had documented evidence of participation in the supervision process; and 2) Were willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who did not complete the supervision process.
