Patients receive routine hemodialysis nursing plus 6-month digital health education and low-intensity aerobic exercise intervention. Digital health education covering diet, medication, dialysis care a

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and receiving maintenance hemodialysis for more than 3 months; 2.Clear consciousness, normal communication and reading ability; 3.Age ranging from 18 to 75 years old; 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent form; 5.Stable vital signs without severe acute complications during screening period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe heart, liver, respiratory or malignant tumor diseases; 2.Cognitive dysfunction, mental illness or language communication barriers; 3.Unable to complete low-intensity exercise due to limb dysfunction, fracture or severe bone disease; 4.Participate in other similar nursing intervention studies within 3 months; 5.Poor compliance and unable to follow up regularly; 6.Pregnant or lactating women.
