Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged more than 18 years 2. Culture-confirmed S. suis infection from sterile sites (blood, pus, or cerebrospinal fluid)

To investigate the association between clinical characteristics, epidemiological factors, risk factors, and clinical outcomes with bacterial genetic lineages of S. suis. 6 months Categorical variables will be presented as frequency and percentage. Continuous variables (e.g., age) will be presented as mean (standard deviation) or median with range, depending on distribution.
