Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with head and neck cancer who are planned to receive radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy 2.Age at least 18 years 3.Able to read and understand the Thai language 4.Willing to participate in the research study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with recurrent disease or metastasis from primary cancers outside the head and neck region 2.Patients who have undergone surgical treatment affecting swallowing function 3.Patients with comorbid conditions affecting swallowing, such as neurological or neuromuscular disorders 4.Patients who have previously received swallowing rehabilitation programs prior to study enrollment
