Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with age more than 18 years 2. Diagnosed with SCARs at six participating university and tertiary-care hospitals in Thailand: King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Siriraj Hospital, Ramathibodi Hospital, Phramongkutklao Hospital, Thammasat University Hospital, and Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participant under 18 years of age 2. Participant not diagnosed with SCARs, or those treated at institutions outside of the six participating hospitals (King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Siriraj Hospital, Ramathibodi Hospital, Phramongkutklao Hospital, Thammasat University Hospital, and Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital) will be excluded from the study.
