Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Trans Man aged 18-55 years with diagnosis of gender dysphoria based on criteria by Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders 5th edition 2. Never use or did not use any types of hormone at least 6 months before the study starts 3. Consent to be participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to Gender-Affirming Hormone therapy 1.1 Active or previous coronary heart disease or Stroke 1.2 History of venous or arterial thromboembolism 1.3 Diagnosed with severe dyslipidemia or lipid profiles reveal severe abnormalities (LDL > 160 mg/dL, Triglycerides > 500 mg/dL, or Total cholesterol > 200 mg/dL) 1.4 Active or history of liver disease or Lab AST or ALT more than 3 times upper limit normal 1.5 Polycythemia (Hematocrit > 50%) 1.6 Obstructive sleep apnea 1.7 Endometrial or breast cancer 2. Active or history of kidney disease or Serum creatinine > 0.9 mg/dL 3. Received Gender-Affirming hormone therapy or other types of external hormone use in the past 6 months
