Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.who had been diagnosed with MCI by a neurologist 2. TMSE scores of 24 and MoCA Thai scores of 26 3. able to communicate fluently in Thai and remained functionally independent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.suspected dementia (TMSE < 23 and MoCA < 22) 2.severe medical conditions limiting physical activity, neurological or psychiatric disorders affecting cognition 3.significant sensory or mobility impairment 4. concurrent participation in other clinical trials
