Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents aged 12-15 years. 2. A self-reported or teacher/counselor-confirmed history of bullying victimization (verbal, physical, or social) as indicated by the Adolescent Peer Relations Instrument (APRI) screening score, ranging from 15 to 42. 3. Students experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, with an anxiety score on the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents (SAS-A) between 19 and 54. 4. Proficiency in reading and writing in Bahasa Indonesia sufficient to complete expressive writing tasks. 5. Willingness to participate, demonstrated by written informed consent from parents or guardians and assent from the adolescent. 6. Physical and cognitive capability to engage in writing sessions lasting 20 to 30 minutes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., psychosis, major depressive disorder requiring hospitalization) 2. Current participation in structured psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment for anxiety. 3. Cognitive or developmental impairments that prevent comprehension or writing ability.
