Patients undergo primary total knee arthroplasty with tibial resection preformed perpendicular to the mechanical axis of the tibia according to the conventional mechanical alignment technique The pla
s native proximal tibial anatomy The planned tibial resection angle will be verified intraoperatively using fluoroscopic imaging before bone resection.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary osteoarthritis of the knee who underwent total knee replacement surgery at Phichit hospital from aprill 2025 to december 2027 2. Pre-operative knee range of motion: Flexion contracture angle no more than 5degrees, and at least 110 degrees of knee flexion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient did not consent to participate in the research 2. Secondary osteoarthritis of the knee, or knock knee osteoarthritis 3. Patients with underlying conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, or connective tissue disease. 4. There is a history of prior knee infection
