Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study 1: A sample group of 166 patients with NSCLC lung cancer who received services at the Oncology Outpatient Clinic and underwent EGFR mutation testing in both plasma and tissue samples between February 2021 and May 2022. Study 2: Data on EGFR mutation testing submitted by NSCLC lung cancer patients between January 2023 and January 2025. A sample group of 845 samples.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical records or missing essential clinical data required for analysis. , 2. Patients whose EGFR mutation test results were unavailable or inconclusive. , 3.Patients diagnosed with lung cancer other than non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
