Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Being a primary caregiver of a child with special needs 2. Being 18 years or older 3. Having access to technology for online participation; providing informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Child having severe intellectual disability or acute psychiatric condition requiring hospitalization 2. Parent having an active psychiatric condition requiring treatment 3. Prior participation in structured mindfulness programs
