Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 to 60 years. 2. Diagnosed by an applied Thai traditional medicine practitioner with Lom Plai Patkhat Signal 4 of the Back and having experienced pain for at least 1 month. 3. Having a spontaneous pain score between 1 to 6 points, assessed using the Visual Analog Scale 4. Able to perform the therapeutic exercises independently. Willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having taken or used pain-relieving medications, including herbal medicines, within 5 days prior to the baseline assessment. 2. Having received physical therapy treatment or Thai traditional massage within 1 month prior to the start of the study. 3. History of pregnancy or currently pregnant. Individuals requiring regular medications, such as opioid drugs. 4. Individuals currently participating in other research related to the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders or symptoms. 5. Having undergone surgery involving the neck, back, shoulders, or arms within 6 months prior to study enrollment. 6. Engaging in regular exercise within 1 month prior to participation in the study. 7. Having conditions or comorbidities that limit the ability to perform the exercise program, such as arthritis or joint stiffness/ankylosis.
