Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Thai adults with a BMI of 18.5-22.9 kg/m2 2. Fasting plasma glucose less than 100 mg/dL 3. HbA1c less than 5.7% 4. Not being pregnant or lactating women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, or thyroid disease 2. Has undergone gastrointestinal surgery 3. Taking medications that affect glucose metabolism (e.g., steroids, antipsychotics, immunosuppressants, protease inhibitors, contraceptive drugs, or glucose-lowering medications) 4. Taking medications that affect nutrient digestion and absorption (e.g., pancreatic enzymes, laxatives, or anticonvulsants) 5. Taking dietary or herbal supplements (e.g., whey protein, dietary fiber, chromium, bitter melon, East Indian screw tree, and Siamese cassia) within the past 1 month 6. Regular drinking alcoholic beverages 7. Known allergies to ingredients in the developed formulas (e.g., soy protein, milk protein, pea protein, Wolffia globosa, chicken, black sesame seeds, jasmine rice, or perilla oil) 8. Currently participating in a weight loss program (e.g., calorie restriction, time-restricted feeding)
