Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary caregivers of children with hearing impairment who are currently receiving hearing rehabilitation. 2.Have been caring for the child at least 4 days per week for more than 6 months. 3.Able to understand, communicate, and read/write Thai sufficiently to complete questionnaires and participate in the intervention sessions. 4.Have access to a smartphone or computer and a stable internet connection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) score greater than or equal to 15. 2.Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) score greater than or equal to 9 (Lotrakul et al., 2008). 3.Participation in any mindfulness training program or other anxiety/stress reduction programs within the past 6 months.
