18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older. 2. Able to communicate and read in Thai. 3. Having an Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) score greater than 7, classified as a hazardous drinker or higher. 4. Possessing a smartphone or living with someone who possesses a smartphone. 5. Capable of self-care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Attending less than 80% of the scheduled program duration. 2. Inability to complete the questionnaires or provide complete information. 3. Being hospitalized or suffering from an illness that prevents participation in the baseline (first) and follow-up (last) activities. 4. Newly developed or worsening health conditions that could pose a danger to the participant's health. 5. Non-compliance with the study protocol or researcher instructions. 6. Expressing a desire to withdraw from the study at any time for any reason.
