Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients of age more than 18 years old who underwent thyroid surgery operated by the breast and endorine surgeons in Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had preoperative abnormality of vocal cord 2. Thyroid lesion involving lymph node metastasis 3. Patients who had previously underwent thyroid surgery as a result of benign or malignant disease subsequently undergone secondary surgical intervention will be excluded from this study.
