Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students 1. Fourth-year undergraduate nutrition students enrolled in the Clinical Nutrition course at the University of Phayao 2. Willing to participate and provide written informed consent 3. Able to participate in all learning activities including case-based learning, group discussion, and patient counselling sessions Patients 1. Adult patients with end-stage renal disease receiving maintenance haemodialysis at Phayao Hospital 2. Age at least 18 years 3. Clinically stable and receiving haemodialysis for at least 3 months 4. Able to communicate and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students 1. Students who declined or withdrew consent during the study Patients 1. Patients with unstable medical conditions or acute complications during recruitment 2. Patients with cognitive or communication problems 3. Patients who declined or withdrew consent at any stage of the study
