Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - parents of students in grades 1 to 6 - low parenting skills scores - being fluent in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - having been participated in any Parent Management Traing program within the past year - having been participated in a mindfulness program within the past six months - practicing daily mindfulness - attendance at four or fewer sessions of the assigned intervention
