60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age and Sex: Male and female older adults aged between 60 and 80 years. Diagnosis and Disease Duration: Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with a documented disease duration of at least 8 years. Absence of Severe Complications: No prior history of diabetes-related amputations (e.g., toe or lower-extremity amputation). Language Literacy: Proficient in the Thai language, with the capability to listen, speak, read, and write effectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with Disorders Affecting Motor Control 2 Uncontrolled Chronic Conditions such as hypertension, defined by a resting blood pressure exceeding systolic BP more than 140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP more than 90 mmHg 3 Localized Contraindications or Physical Symptoms. Presence of edema, ulcerations, active infections, or masses or neoplasms in the lower extremities, specifically at the target site intended for neuromuscular stimulation.
