Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study participants were divided into three groups as follows: 1) Quantitative Study Participants 1.1 Aged 60 years and above 1.2 Resided in the project area for at least 6 months 1.3 Participated in the elderly well-being enhancement program under the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth Node) 1.4 Able to communicate in Thai and complete the questionnaire 1.5 Cognitively intact (preliminarily assessed by staff) 1.6 Willing to participate in the study and provided informed consent 2) Participants for Model Development (Stakeholders/Network Partners) 2.1 Representatives from organizations or sectors related to elderly well-being development, such as Provincial Public Health Office, District Public Health Office, Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Local Administrative Organizations, Village Health Volunteers, community members, and families 2.2 At least 1 year of experience in elderly care or community health work 2.3 Involved in planning, implementation, or support of related programs 2.4 Able to participate in all sessions of the Focus Group discussions/workshops 2.5 Willing to participate and provided informed consent 3) Participants in the Experimental Area 3.1 Older adults residing in Pak Nam Laem Sing Subdistrict 3.2 Participated in all activities according to the developed model throughout the intervention period 3.3 Able to complete both pre-test and post-test assessments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1) Quantitative Study Participants 1.1 Having severe illness or medical conditions that hinder participation 1.2 Having severe cognitive or intellectual impairment 1.3 Unable to complete data collection (e.g., relocation, death) 1.4 Withdrawing from the study during the research period 2) Participants for Model Development (Stakeholders/Network Partners) 2.1 Unable to participate in all scheduled activities 2.2 Withdrawing from the study during the research period 2.3 Providing incomplete information or unable to communicate effectively 3) Participants in the Experimental Area 3.1 Not completing the required activities according to the study protocol 3.2 Missing either pre-test or post-test assessments 3.3 Having unavoidable circumstances that prevent continued participation 3.4 Withdrawing from the study during the research period
