Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic non-specific low back pain lasting more than 3 months. 2. No specific pathological causes such as fracture, infection, tumor, or herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP). 3. Indicated by pain localized to the lumbar region without radiation to the lower extremities. 4. Not currently taking analgesic or pain medication. 5. Willing to participate in the study by signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with significant postural deformities such as kyphosis, scoliosis, or hyperlordosis. 2. History of thoracolumbar fracture. 3. Patients with systemic diseases that could interfere with intervention implementation, such as cancer, severe neurological disorders, or bone infection. 4. History of spinal surgery. 5. History of significant spinal trauma or falls. 6. Patients with low back pain caused by radiculopathy or herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP) 7. Characterized by radiating pain following dermatomal distribution 8. Positive neurological tests such as Straight Leg Raise (SLR), Bragard, Slump, or Crossed SLR tests.
