Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postpartum mothers aged 18 years or older. 2. Mothers who have delivered a healthy singleton infant at Prapokklao Hospital. 3. Mothers and infants without medical complications that contraindicate breastfeeding. 4. Mothers who intend to exclusively breastfeed their infants. 5. Mothers who are able to communicate in Thai. 6. Mothers who have access to a smartphone and the internet and are able to use the LINE application for tele-nursing follow-up. 7. Mothers who are willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers with medical conditions that contraindicate breastfeeding. 2. Infants with congenital abnormalities or medical conditions that interfere with breastfeeding. 3. Mothers or infants with serious postpartum complications requiring intensive medical care. 4. Mothers with severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment that may affect study participation. 5. Mothers who are unable to participate in tele-nursing follow-up sessions. 6. Mothers who withdraw from the study at any time.
