Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who underwent hysterectomy for gynecologic conditions at Srinagarind Hospital from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who underwent hysterectomy for gynecologic malignancies, with the exception of cervical dysplasia and early-stage cervical cancer managed by hysterectomy alone. - Patients with missing or incomplete medical records, including undocumented surgical indications or unavailable pathology reports.
