Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 60 years 2. Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis 3. Scheduled unilateral TKA 4. Ability to communicate in Thai 5. Availability of a family caregiver during hospitalization and home recovery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment 2. Revision surgery 3. Postoperative complications 4. Inability to complete the study protocol
