Participants will receive weight-bearing gait training combined with a structured home-based exercise program for 6 weeks. Hospital-based training sessions will be conducted 1 times per week under the

20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals diagnosed with first-ever stroke 2.Stroke onset more than 6 months 3.Age between 20 and 70 years 4.Able to walk independently with or without assistive devices for at least 10 meters 5.Able to understand and follow verbal instructions 6.Medically stable and able to participate in exercise training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment affecting communication or cooperation 2.Other neurological disorders affecting gait or balance 3.Severe musculoskeletal conditions affecting lower extremity movement 4.Unstable cardiovascular or medical conditions contraindicating exercise 5.Severe visual or vestibular impairments affecting balance 6.Participation in other rehabilitation research programs during the study period
