Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years or older 2.Patients scheduled to undergo permanent colostomy, ileostomy, or urostomy surgery 3.Patients who were able to independently perform activities of daily living 4.Patients who were able to communicate in Thai (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with mental health disorders 2. Patients with hand dysfunction 3. Patients with prior experience in ostomy care
