Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women aged more than 20 years 2.Pregnant women with a singleton pregnancy and a 3.gestational age of more than 32 weeks 4.Pregnant women with indications for a cesarean section
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women suspected of or diagnosed with placenta previa or placenta accreta either antenatally or intraoperatively 2.Pregnant women with a history of a non-lower segment uterine incision .3.Pregnant women with sepsis or chorioamnionitis (amniotic fluid infection) 4.Pregnant women with severe preeclampsia 5.Pregnant women with a history of postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) 6.Pregnant women with a history of hypersensitivity or allergy to misoprostol, oxytocin, or ergometrine/methylergometrine 7.Pregnant women with a history of thromboembolic diseases that contraindicate the use of Tranexamic Acid (Transamine), such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism, stroke, or myocardial infarction
