Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Adult aged 18 years or older 2 Hepatic steatosis confirmed by Fibroscan with CAP 260 dB per m or over 3 BMI 23 kg per square meter or over 4 Ability and willingness to comply with study procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Other liver disease 2 Significant alcohol intake 3 DILI 4 Severe uncontrolled medical illnesses 5 Pregnancy or lactation 6 Current insulin use 7 Participation in a recent weight loss program 8 Psychiatric conditions affecting adherence
