Participants in this group received oral vitamin D3 supplementation 50000 IU once weekly for two months according to the study protocol,Participants in this group did not receive vitamin D3 supplement

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patients aged 18 years or older with single or multiple missing teeth in the maxilla or mandible. 2.Straightforward implant cases according to the SAC classification. 3.Patients with reasonable oral hygiene. 4.Healthy patients without systemic diseases or local conditions that may interfere with bone healing except vitamin D insufficiency or deficiency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Advanced or complicated implant cases. 2.Patients unable to follow the treatment protocol. 3.Patients lost during the study period. 4.Active infection or inflammation at the implant site. 5.Uncontrolled systemic diseases. 6.History of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
