Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults aged 60 years and above. 2. Diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis or hip conditions requiring elective total hip arthroplasty. 3. Scheduled to undergo surgery under spinal anesthesia at Loei Hospital. 4. Able to communicate in Thai language. 5. Conscious and able to understand and respond to questionnaires. 6. Willing to participate in the study and able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or diagnosed psychiatric disorders that interfere with communication or assessment. 2. Patients receiving general anesthesia instead of spinal anesthesia. 3. Patients with severe intraoperative complications requiring emergency interventions or conversion to general anesthesia. 4. Patients who withdraw from the study at any stage of the research process.
