Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) 2.Patients presenting with chest pain at the hospital within 12 hours of symptom onset 3.Patients with indications for and who received a full dose of 1.5 million units of Streptokinase (SK) intravenously at community hospitals in Sisaket province or at Sisaket Hospital 4.Patients referred to Sisaket Hospital for Coronary Angiography 5.Patients with complete medical records and data
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (Previous CABG) due to the complexity of collateral or graft flow affecting standard assessment 2.Patients with Left Bundle Branch Block (LBBB) on electrocardiogram due to limitations in ST-segment interpretation 3.Patients who declined or refused to undergo Coronary Angiography
