Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male recreational bodybuilders aged 20 to 30 years, 2. Engaged in resistance training for at least 2 years, 3. Training frequency of 3 to 5 sessions per week with a minimum of 60 minutes per session, 4. Experienced in protein supplementation, 5. Free from musculoskeletal injury or medical conditions affecting exercise performance or recovery, and 6. Provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of anabolic steroids or prohibited substances within the previous 12 months, 2. Presence of musculoskeletal injury or medical conditions affecting participation, 3. Inability to complete the training intervention or required testing sessions, 4. Adherence to resistance training below 80 percent of prescribed sessions, 5. Use of additional supplementation beyond that provided during the study, and 6. Alcohol or tobacco use during the study period
