Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. a healthcare executive in a tertiary care hospital within Health Region 6 2. Registered nurses working in a tertiary care hospital within Health Region 6 3. Patients or patients relatives receiving services in a tertiary care hospital within Health Region 6
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.For admistator, the health executive will be excluded: 1) had vacation, illness, not working in a period of collective data 2) had working experience less than 1 year 3) reject providing information. 2. For nurses, nurses will be excluded: 1) not working in period of collective data, 2) withdowl with being participants. 3. For patients, patients will be excluded: 1) will be critical, 2) had cognitive and communicating impairement.
