Age
19 Years to 34 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primiparous pregnant women 2.Buddhist religion 3.Age 19 to 34 years 4.Gestational age 26 to 29 weeks at enrollment 5.Singleton pregnancy 6.Cephalic presentation 7.No underlying disease or pregnancy complications 8.Planning vaginal delivery 9.Able to communicate in Thai 10. Able to use the LINE application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Meditation practice less than 80 percent of the program 2.Pregnancy or labor complications 3.Abnormal uterine contraction 4.Fetal distress 5.Category II or III fetal heart rate pattern 6.Thick meconium stained amniotic fluid
