Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 70 years or older 2. Educational level primary school or above 3. Basic verbal communication ability 4. Expected to complete postoperative follow-up 5. Meeting the indications for hip fracture surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to general or spinal anesthesia 2. Severe visual or hearing impairment 3. History of severe cerebrovascular disease 4. Diagnosed central nervous system diseases 5. Psychiatric disorders 6. Long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants 7. Requiring emergency surgery 8. Intraoperative severe hypoxemia 9. Hemodynamic instability
