Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age at least 18 years old 2) POP-Q stage 1-2 3) At least one prolapse symptom listed in the POPDI-6 questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cannot communicate in Thai 2) Previous POP treatment in less than 3 months 3) Desire pessary or surgery for POP 4) Modified Oxford scale grade 0 of 5 5) Postpartum women (less than 1 year since last childbirth)
