19 Years to 23 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young adults aged 19 to 23 years. 2. Body mass index greater than or equal to 23 kilograms per square metre. 3. Willingness to participate in the study and provision of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of comorbidities that may affect heart rate variability, including asthma, heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, thyroid disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 2. Presence of chest wall or thoracic structural abnormalities that may impair lung expansion, such as scoliosis or kyphosis. 3. Musculoskeletal disorders of the lower extremities that may interfere with study assessments, including pain or muscle weakness. 4. Presence of an implanted cardiac pacemaker.
